Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at benim.london@outlook.com. Please note, shoppers must return the packages via a tracked service. BENIM London does not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected and confirmed as new.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned as they are made to order and bespoke to you. BENIM London gladly accepts cancellations if canceled within 12 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, any later than this, we may be unable to cancel your order as it may be already shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lost packages
BENIM London is not responsible for any lost packages. We try our very best to provide the most efficient shipping rates. It is at the customer's discretion to choose whether or not they would like to opt for a tracked or non-tracked delivery method. *please note that BENIM London does not pay for customs fees, only shipping. If you are in the EU, please check for fees from the UK based on the value of your purchase.
